Chris is a veteran of the Plumbing and HVAC industry with over 25 years’ experience in
Construction Management throughout the New England area, with vast experience in numerous types of projects from conceptual budgeting, to design, estimating, administration, management and commissioning. Project market experience includes; Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Health Care, Hospitals, Institutional, Public Work, Schools, Treatment Plants, High Rise Residential and Mixed Use, Multi-Residential, Federal and State, Commercial, Retail, Restaurants and Office Fit Out. Chris is a graduate of the MCA Institute of Project Management from the University of Texas at Austin, Babson Executive Education - Leadership and Influence, NCCER Certified Project Supervisor and a design degree from New England Institute of Technology. Chris is a proven leader in the construction industry with a history of successful completion of high quality and complicated projects. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid skier and enjoys fishing, golfing and traveling.

Donald Emond Jr. is the President and Founder of Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. His responsibilities include development and implementation of management operating initiatives as well as supervision of the company's three divisions (Construction, Service and Engineering). Don founded the company over 30 years ago and holds licenses in Plumbing and HVAC in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut.
Jen is the payroll and employee benefits coordinator/administrator at Emond Plumbing & Heating Inc. She has been working side by side with her husband Don for over 20 years. She loves her job, co-workers and being part of the “Emond Team”. Jen is more fondly known as the resident chef at the company. The kitchen is commonly referred to as “Jen’s playground” with good cause! From breakfast sandwiches to tantalizing soups and sandwiches, it is a good day when you find Jen cooking in the kitchen!
Outside of work, both Don and Jen enjoy spending time with their family. Don also enjoys fishing, while Jen loves cooking all types of foods, gardening, working in the yard and enjoying long walks.

Executive Vice President
Brian has over 30 years of experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Sprinklers and Power Piping in the commercial, industrial, waste to energy and pulp and paper industries. He has a proven track record in construction management, direct sales and the hands-on ability to tackle any project. Brian holds Master licenses in plumbing, HVAC and fire protection in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Virginia. Brian has been the Lincoln, Rhode Island Plumbing & Mechanical Inspector for over 20 years and a former Chairman of the Rhode Island State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Brian’s success is based on integrity, communication, problem solving and business relations.

Robert Nelson is the Chief Financial Officer of Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Rob has 35 years of construction accounting experience, specializing in the financial management of Mechanical, Sheetmetal
& Utility contractors. Prior to joining Emond, Rob was a Controller/CFO in the Underground Electrical Transmission industry for 8 years. He was also proud to serve as an Auxiliary Police Officer in the city of Framingham for 14 years. Rob is a graduate of Framingham State College with a degree in Economics. Outside of work, Rob enjoys music, photography, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

Russ joined Emond Plumbing and Heating in 2024, bringing 25 years of professional services across diverse sectors, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, higher education, high-rise residential, multi-residential, and public works projects. Passionate in leadership development, LEAN manufacturing, workflow optimization, prefabrication, and a commitment to innovating for improved processes and efficiency, Russ holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Bryant University.
Russ served in the U.S. Armed Forces and was deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Russ enjoys traveling to new places and learning about different cultures in his spare time.

Chris joined Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry managing all types of multi-residential plumbing and HVAC projects. He began his career with Emond fabricating and building sheet metal which evolved into positions including Foreman, Shop manager and now Project Manager. Working in both fabrication and field installation environments, Chris has a vast understanding of HVAC and Plumbing projects. In his role as Project Manager, Chris cultivates an environment of teamwork and strategy while overseeing performance and maintaining morale to ensure the project’s success. Chris has an expansive range in the multi-residential field including podium style buildings, mill renovations, and multi-building community projects. Chris has his Unrestricted Master Sheet Metal License and is certified in OSHA 30 and RRP Lead. In his down time, Chris is an avid largemouth bass fisherman and sports fan.

Donna has been with Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for over 10 years, but has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. She is responsible for managing contracts and other administrative tasks that contribute to the success of the company’s projects. She assists the Project Managers to ensure they have accurate information for their projects, as well as handles RFI’s, Submittals and Change Orders for the preparation, follow up, and completion of each project. Her vast experience in the industry, along with her high level of detail, organizational skills and unique perspective have been instrumental in her role at Emond. Outside of work Donna enjoys spending time with family, friends and her cat, Boss. She enjoys boating, dancing, reading, the beach and any place that is over 90 degrees.

Mark has been with Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for over 7 years, although he has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. In his role as General Foreman, Mark is responsible for supervising crews, as well as managing all aspects of the job-site’s operation, including the maintenance, repair, and installation of various HVAC systems. His ability to solve unique and complex issues allowing him to complete projects on schedule has made him integral to many of the company’s HVAC projects. A “creative thinker”, he is always looking for new ways to move jobs along more efficiently and cost-effectively. Mark is an avid fisherman, dog-lover, motorcycle and craft beer enthusiast. He also loves spending time with family and friends.

Frank has been with Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for almost 11 years and in the plumbing industry for over 35 years. He worked for a couple of plumbing and heating companies before ultimately joining Emond. Frank carries a Master Plumbing license in Massachusetts. Frank’s long career and extensive experience have made him an invaluable team member – he has run several large jobs during his tenure with Emond. He knows how to maneuver the challenge of coordinating with other trades and understands how they all fit together. Frank knows how to successfully take a project from start to finish. Outside of work, Frank enjoys going to the beach, fishing, and traveling – especially his trips to NH!

Mark as been with Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for 10 years, starting out as the Pre-fabrication Manager in the company’s HVAC/plumbing facility. With hard work and dedication, he then advanced to an Estimating/Assistant Project Manager position. Mark continued to establish himself within the company and has been a successful Project Manager for the last 5 years. Mark has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry both in the field and managing projects. He holds a Journeyman/Sheetmetal license in RI and holds a Master Sheetmetal license in MA. He is also EPA, OSHA 30 and RRP (Lead Removal) certified. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, coaching and playing hockey. He also enjoys Indoor and Outdoor designing.

John’s background is in the plumbing and pipefitting trades - he holds RI licenses for both. He entered the project management side of the business twelve years ago in order to expand on his knowledge. In that time, he has managed projects in both the plumbing and HVAC trades ranging in value from $50,000 to $5,000,000. John enjoys hiking, fishing, and playing golf - all activities that allow him to enjoy another personal interest – good cigars!

Project Manager
Steve Rawson joined Emond Plumbing & Heating in 2011, beginning his tenure with the company working in the field as a licensed plumber. Steve brings over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, working in a wide variety of environments including residential, multi-residential, commercial, service, etc. His background has been instrumental as Steve has progressed through the ranks at Emond, especially in his role as Site Foreman for the last several years, and most recently making the jump to Project Manager. Steve has run point on some of the larger and more complex projects during his time with the company. He takes pride in his relationship with Emond employees as well as General Contractors and other vendors which help to run a smooth job. Steve holds his Journeyman Plumber’s license and is OSHA 30 certified.
Outside of work, Steve loves spending time with his wife Kim and daughters Bella and Ava. He is also a golf enthusiast and enjoys getting out on the course when he gets the chance.

A veteran of Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. with over 35 years of experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industry, Scott has the knowledge and expertise to provide each customer with a variety of options for their unique project - from a complete design build plumbing or HVAC system to a multitude of value engineering solutions, all keeping within a customer’s budget. He takes the time to understand each customer’s needs and works with the customer to build an appropriate plan for their specific project. Keeping current with best practices and technology for facilities, mechanical and plumbing services, he ensures each customer’s project utilizes state-of-the-art technologies. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Assistant Project Manager
Olivia joined the Emond team full-time starting in June of 2023 and has worked for the company since May 2020. She graduated from Bryant University, Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor's in Business Administration, focusing on Leadership & Innovation Management. One of her focuses included women in the construction industry and the instrumental role they play. As an Assistant Project Manager, she works alongside the Project Managers and Foreman to assist them with their projects. She has grown up in the construction atmosphere and looks forward to bringing new perspectives and diversity into this field. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, boating and fitness.

John joined Emond Plumbing & Heating full-time in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager but has worked in the fabrication shop and as an intern since 2020. He is responsible for helping the project managers, foreman, and the men and women in the field with whatever they may need to help the project progress and run smoothly. He graduated from Jacksonville University in 2023, Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. John was a D1 Rower for four years and Captain of the team for two years. Outside of work, John enjoys skiing, golfing, spending time with friends and family, and spending time on the water.

Doug joined Emond Plumbing & Heating in July of 2022. He started off in the Prefabrication Shop and transitioned to an Assistant Project Manager / Coordinator. Doug was a student at Wentworth Institute of Technology studying electrical engineering prior to joining the Emond team. Currently, he is working with the CAD department doing coordination for HVAC projects. He also assists the Project Management team and the Estimating department with various projects. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time at auto shows and spending time with friends and family. He likes to work on cars and rewiring bikes.

Service
Angela Pina joined the Emond team in 2020 supporting the Service Department. Prior to working at Emond, Angela worked at Lifetouch as a finance administrator for 15 years. Angela works closely with the Service Manager to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Service Department run smoothly. She is responsible for dispatching service calls, assisting with billing and payroll, and providing customer service to current and new clients. Angela also supports the Accounting and HR Departments with various tasks and projects.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys her dog, reading and being on the pond with her family.

Jen brings over 20 years of experience to the team at Emond Plumbing and Heating, Inc. As the company’s Service Manager, she directs the daily workflow of the service department – managing and dispatching service technicians, as well as providing customer service and sales support. She also oversees all facility maintenance activities, ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the building. Jen’s “can do” attitude makes her critical to the company’s operations – she is a dedicated and passionate team player! In her down time, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Steve has been with Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for over 12 years. He is instrumental to the Engineering Department as a CAD operator and Surveyor for the company. He also lends his skills as a computer technician. Steve began his training in Architecture and Mechanical drafting and received certification in AutoCAD. He spent 9 years in the industry as an electrical engineer, estimator and CAD operator of electrical designs. His talents as a designer and surveyor have been fundamental to the company’s many projects.

CAD/Coordinator
David joined the Emond Plumbing & Heating Inc. team in January of 2024. Having spent almost 30 years designing toys, creating user experiences, and developing brands, he brings his wide-ranging computer design skills to the company. As a kid, David spent countless hours figuring out how to solve a Rubik’s Cube and creating worlds in the basement consisting of LEGOs and his dad’s Lionel Trains. Those creative and problem-solving skills helped shape the designer he is today as he applies his experience to the CAD team. David loves spending time and traveling with his wife, Kristen and daughter, Abigail. In his ‘spare’ time, he enjoys candlepin bowling, Boston sports, and restoring vintage LEGO sets.

Natalie joined Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in 2014. Natalie started her career as a Certified Nurse’s Aide for 10 years. She then moved on to work as a shipping and receiving clerk, which advanced to a role as Office Manager. Natalie’s extensive background and skills led her to her current role in Accounts Payable. She works with the CFO to handle the financial processing of transactions and vendor relations for the company. She completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Outside of work, Natalie loves to spend time with family, friends and traveling.

Accounts Payable Clerk
Marie has been with Emond Plumbing and Heating, Inc. since July 2017. Marie started out as a Receptionist but was recently promoted to the company’s Accounts Payable Clerk. She is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department by entering purchase orders and Invoices, resolving any discrepancies, and processing invoices for payment. She also helps to ensure our technicians have the proper attire and PPE at the job sites. In addition, she works closely with the purchasing and service departments to order plumbing and heating materials to complete our various projects. She holds a B.S. from Jacksonville University in Elementary Education. In her spare time, Marie enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking with her dog, traveling, reading and cooking.

Christy has been with Emond Plumbing and Heating, Inc. since January 2019. Christy is responsible for Payroll and Marketing functions within the Firm. She also manages the training programs held at Emond’s Training Center. Prior to joining the Emond team, she was a Senior Compliance Consultant in the financial services industry for nearly 15 years, and before that, worked at Polaroid for several years in their Marketing department. Christy has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts – Boston, with a concentration in marketing. Originally from Minnesota, Christy has fully transitioned from a Minnesota Vikings fan to a Patriots fan (however, she still roots for the Vikings from time to time!) She enjoys traveling, days at the beach, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Susy has been with Emond Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since June 2022 as the company’s HR Director.
Prior to joining Emond, Susy spent most of her career in the medical field, most recently in the role of Executive Director at a local Assisted Living Facility. She has held a variety of management positions in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Susy has a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy. She is also bilingual growing up in a Portuguese family. Susy is very proud of her Portuguese heritage and is in fact first generation born in the US!
Susy has lived in the Taunton area all her life. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, spending time with family, friends and her Boston Terriers, Fenway and Miya.

Haley has been with Emond Plumbing and Heating, Inc. since October 2021. Haley works as an HR Associate assisting with payroll, training, on-boarding, and any other HR administrative needs. She works closely with her colleagues in developing and implementing the safety programs at Emond. With several years of administrative experience in the Dental Industry, Haley has an ABA and an ACJ from Bristol Community College. Haley loves traveling and participating in vintage speedboat events with her friends and family.

Michelle has been with Emond Plumbing and Heating, Inc. since October 2021. Michelle is the company’s “Welcome Department”. Hers is often the friendly voice you will hear when calling the company or the bubbly personality you meet when visiting the office. She is responsible for various administrative tasks within the company. She also works closely with the purchasing and accounting departments to help enter purchase orders. Michelle has spent most of her career as an Administrative Assistant. She received her Associates Degree in Business from Fisher College. Michelle loves being part of the Emond team. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending any time she can get near the water. She also loves spending time with her family and fur babies.

Carlos joined Emond Plumbing & Heating in March of 2020, bringing with him 35 plus years of plumbing and construction experience. A Master Plumber since the age of 24, he has worked on a variety of jobs from new construction to service, commercial and industrial work, as well as restaurant and food service locations. In Fall 2022, Carlos accepted the position of instructor for the Donald Emond Jr. Educational Center. In his role he hopes to use his many years of experience and knowledge of the plumbing trade to help educate the next generation of Emond employees in their quest to become the best plumbers they can be. In his free time Carlos enjoys golfing, Cornhole, playing guitar and spending time with family and friends.
